I called home today, or yesterday, to tell the Engineering Soph Team to withdraw me from the team. For those of you that know my past involvement with Frosh Week, you know that it’s very near and dear to my heart, and its something I’ve been involved with since I started at UWO five years ago. Stephen and I were talking and we’ve decided to extend the trip by a few days; though the idea of missing Frosh Week isn’t pleasant, it isn’t offensive either. It’ll be nice to actually start the school year with everyone else, I think. Don’t get me wrong, I will miss it, but I think that maybe my time has come to move on to new things. All the best with Frosh 2011, my fellow engineers and sophs!
